摘　　要：作为知识经济时代的一门新兴产业 ,知识服务产业有着无穷的发展潜力。但因为尚处于起步阶段 ,目前理论界对知识服务产业的研究颇为有限 ,也未形成一个能被普遍接受的定义。从知识服务的狭义角度框定和把握知识服务产业的定义 ,在此基础上 ,进一步研究知识服务产业的特征。As one of the newly developed industries in the era of knowledge-based economy, knowledge-based service industry has great potential. However, in its primary stage there are still few theoretical researches in this field and there is not a definition that can be accepted by all. This paper works on its definition in the narrow sense. Furthermore, industy it analyzes the characteristics, functions and operating process of knowledge-based service industry.
