摘　　要：发达国家的网络信息服务业具有投资强度大 ,产值高、实施整体化发展战略、实行企业化管理等特点 ,与之相比 ,我国的网络信息服务业存在一定的差距 ,我国的网络信息服务业应在制度、管理、技术、人才。Network information service industry in the developed cocentries has such characteristics as follows: large investment, high pay-back, integration strategy and implementing enterprise managment. China has been left behind in this field. So there should be the innovation and development in Chinese network information service industry in terms of institution, management, technology, personnel and service form,etc.
