摘 要:研究了几种有代表性的捕收剂在不同矿浆pH值和捕收剂用量条件下,对人工合成的铌铁矿的捕收效果。试验结果表明双膦酸是铌铁矿的良好捕收剂,铌铁矿的回收率在双膦酸用量为140 mg/L且矿浆pH<5.0时,大约在84.24%~91.17%之间。而且对不同捕收剂的选择性和捕收性能的顺序进行了排列。同时用IAS和XPS检测和分析了双膦酸对铌铁矿的作用机理。IAS检测结果显示双膦酸在铌铁矿表面发生了吸附。XPS检测结果表明经双膦酸处理后的铌铁矿的P_(2p)峰位键合能变化了2.85eV。这证明了该吸附主要为化学吸附。图9,参12。The effect of several representative collectors on the synthetic niobite in the condition of variable pH values and dosages were studied in the paper. The experimental result showed that diphosphonic acid was a good collector of niobite, its recovery could be about 84. 24 - 91. 17% when the pH value of the pulp was less then 5. 0 as well as the dosage of diphosphonic acid was 140 mg/L. The sequence of selectivity and collecting capacity of the collectors were got. Infrared Absorption Spectrum (IAS) and X-ray Photoelectron Spectrosco-py (XPS) detect and analyze the adsorption mechanism of diphosphonic acid on the surface of niobite. IAS indicated that diphosphonic acid had adsorbed on the surface of niobite. At the same time, XPS indicated that the binding energy of P2P peak of niobite treated by diphosphonic acid had changed 2. 85eV.
