摘  要:加热元件的选取要遵“环境~体系”原则,综合考虑窑炉各温区温度、气氛及腐蚀介质对加热元件的影响,选出最适应各个温度区、气氛场及腐蚀介质的加热元件,以保证高温气氛窑正常运行,使加热元件有良好的使用寿命和最低的经济支出。本文对某高温气氛保护窑不同温区的加热元件的选取,并对不同温区加热元件损毁机理进行分析。The selection of heating components should be abode by principle of“environment-system”,considering comprehensively the influence on which the temperature in kiln heating areas and atmo-sphere and erosion medium to heating components,in order to guarantee the regular operation of the high-temperature kiln protected by ambience,the heating components should be chosen adapted to differ-ent temperature areas,atmosphere areas and erosion medium to keep the components sound life span and the most economical expense.The thesis analyses the selection and spoilage of mechanism of heating components of a high-temperature kiln under different temperature areas.
