摘  要:在pH =3的HCl KHC8H4O4缓冲介质中 ,硒 能催化溴酸钾氧化甲基紫的褪色反应 ,据此建立了催化动力学光度测定痕量硒的新方法。优化了动力学反应条件 ,并对海洋生物样品测定的前处理过程进行了研究。该方法对硒的检出限为 0 .14μg L ,线性范围为 0~ 8μg L ,精密度和准确度良好 ,对牡蛎等海洋生物样品中总硒含量测定的RSD <10 %,回收率为 96 %~ 10 7%,与DAN荧光光度法测定结果的相对偏差 <± 6 %。Trace selenium(IV) can catalyze the discolouring oxidization of methyl purple by potassium bromate in HCl-KHC8H4O4 buffer with a pH value of 3.0. Based on this selective reaction of Se(IV), a new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount of selenium in marine biomaterials has been developed. The optimum conditions for detecting and pretreatment process have been investigated in detail. The method possesses a sensitivity of 0.14 mug/L for Se(IV) and covers a linear detection range of 0 similar to 8 mug/L. Satisfactory results for the determination of total content of selenium in several kinds of seagrass and bivalves have been obtained with RSD less than 10%, recovery between 96% and 107% and a relative deviation less than +/- 6% when compared with those from fluorimetry.
