振动电机激振力测试台原理与设计

摘　　要：探讨振动电机激振力的测试方法。根据电机参数和使用要求,设计了测试台。对试制的测试台校验的结果表明,其台面振幅和地基振幅各为1.64和0.051mm,可满足隔振要求。测试系统的频率响应曲线,频率高于2Hz时为一直线,表明该系统是适宜的。Investigates the method to measure exciting force of the vibratory motor. According to the relative parameters of motors and the employ requirement, the measuring table is designed . Checked result form the trial - manufactured table shows : the table amplitude is 1. 64 mm and the fundamation amplitude is 0. 051 mm; it's satifactory to general requirement of vibration isolation. The frequency response curve where the frequency is more than 2 Hz assumes straightness, so that the measuring system is suitable.
