摘 要:新型BIOSMEDI工艺采用轻质颗粒滤料及与其相适应的脉冲反冲洗方式。工艺具有滤料比表面积大 ,滤层阻力小 ,反冲洗周期长 ,反冲洗耗水和耗气量小 ,工程投资低 ,占地面积小等优点。在上海徐泾自来水厂预处理中 ,滤料粒径为 5~ 6mm ,采用穿孔管布气 ,滤池出水反冲洗。结果表明 ,运行时气水比为 (0 5~ 0 7)∶1,反冲洗耗水率低于 1% ,滤层阻力不大于 0 5m ,出水水质各项指标得到明显改善。BIOSMEDI, a process based on light granular filtration media and pulsed backwashing operation, with a lot of advantages such as large filtering specific surface area, low filtering head loss, longer working cycle, low water and air consumption in backwashing stage, low investment and smaller space occupation, was assigned for pre treatment of slightly polluted raw water. At the constructed facility for Xujing Waterworks in Shanghai, filtering media with grain size 5~6 mm and perforated pipe for air distribution were designed and the media are backwashed by the output water of the filter. The operating parameters are air/water ratio 0 5∶1 to 0 7∶1 and backwashing water consumption below 1%. Thus the water quality has been improved.
