摘  要:真正具有强解的产品,创新需要深度知识。基于此观点,论证得出专利是深度技术知识的主要资源。所有专利按5个等级重新组织,其研究的主要结果是各种启发式原理和技术效应。启发式原理库应该按照2个参数构成的技术冲突对寻找相应的解决原理来构建,效应库应按照功能-效应的结构形式组织与管理,能给设计师提供解决工程问题的多种途径,产品的创新性强。Product innovation,which really possesses strong solution,needs deep knowledge.Based on this viewpoint,a conclusion has been reached through demonstration that patents are the main resources of deep technical knowledge.All patents are reorganized according to 5 grades.Main results of this study are various heuristic principle and technical effects.The library of heuristic principle should be established in accordance with the searching of corresponding solving principle for technical conflict pair constituted by two parameters.The library of effect ought to be organized and managed according to the structural form of function-effect,which could provide the designer various ways in solving engineering problems and a strong innovative character of product.
