摘　　要：本文通过对国内外衡量舰船可用度的各种指标及其模型进行分析、比较 ,最后提出了反映舰船特点的、易于设计、控制的可用度参数 ,对在航率、使用可用度、固有可用度的内涵和模型进行了深入的探讨 ,利于舰船的论证、设计和评估。In the paper, various indexes and models of calculating warship's availability at home and abroad are analyzed and compared with each other, and based on this, some parameters, which expresses warship's availability and are suitable to the warship's characteristics, easy to be designed and controlled, are put forward. The meaning and models of the rate of navigation, service availability and inherent availability are studied deeply. The study is useful for study, design and estimation of warship's availablility.
