摘　　要：介绍一种新型双向式油压减振器试验台。试验台由机械部分、电气部分和计算机测控系统组成。采用了交流电机变频调速 ,不仅简化了机械部分的设计 ,同时调速范围宽 ,灵活性好 ,可适应多种型号减振器试验的要求。计算机测控系统由计算机、传感器与信号调理、数据采集与控制接口等组成 ,工作原理简明、试验精度高、结构简单、可靠性好、使用方便。This paper presents a new kind of bidirectional oil damper test rig.It is composed of mechanical part,electrical part and computer detection and control system.Using variable frequency speed control of AC motor can not only simplify the design of mechanical part,but also make the system have a wide speed regulation range and a perfect flexibility and meet to the test requirements of various oil dampers.The computer detection and control system is composed of computer,sensor,signal processing,data collecting and control interface,with the performances of simple operation principle,high test precision,simple structure,high reliability and easy to be used.
