摘　　要：随着测量和地理信息技术的发展,管网信息系统的应用越来越广泛,并日趋受到人们的重视。数据采集和管理的分离,无疑会浪费大量的人力、物力和财力。本文以张家港市沙钢集团管网建设为例,介绍了EPSW(Electronic plane-table Surveying and Mapping System for Windows)电子平板测绘软件和MAPGIS结合进行管网的数据采集和管理的设想。With the developing of surveying and geographical information technology,the application of pipes infor-mation systems becomes more and more sweeping,and become more and more important for people.However,the sepa-ration of the collection and management of data wastes a lot of manpower,material resources and financial.The paper gives an example as the pipes construction of ShaGang combine at ZhangJiagang City,and introduces the plan of how to use EPSW and MAPGIS for the collection and management of data.
