摘 要:研究了CPLT在体内对肿瘤生长的抑制作用.采用体内抑瘤试验灌胃给药,测定了CPLT对小鼠LA795、S180、Lewis肺癌、U14及G422五种癌株的抑瘤作用.CPLT在剂量为100~400mg/kg时,对G422抑瘤率为41.7%~65.8%;138~267mg/kg时,对S180抑瘤率为34.4%~41.2%、对U14抑瘤率为24.3%~31.8%、对LA795抑瘤率为19.6%~42.3%;剂量为324mg/kg时对Lewis肺瘤抑瘤率为66.9%.CPLT有较广的抗瘤谱.The anti-tumor effects of CPLT in the rat tumor models were studied. LA795, S180, LLC, U14 and G422 neoplasm strains were inoculated respectively in 5 kinds of mice to establish tumor models. The model animals were treated with CPLT by gastrogavage. After administration, the growth of the five kinds of tumors was inhibited by CPLT. At the CPLT dose of 324 mg/kg, the growth inhibition rate of LLC was 66. 9%. With the CPLT dose of 100 - 400mg/kg, the growth inhibition rates of G422 ranged from 41. 7 to 65%. And the growth of the S180 solid tumor, U14 tumor and LA795 tumor were all inhibited by CPLT at the dose from 138 - 267 mg/kg. These results indicated that CPLT had the anti-tumor activity on some neoplasm.
