知识型社会中战略管理的动态与整合研究

摘　　要：在知识型社会中,寻求战略管理新的动态与整合模式既是企业战略实践的需要,又是构建新的战略管理理论的重要前提.从"知识与服务"入手,探索知识型社会中战略管理的最新动态与最新形态,系统地设计知识战略与服务战略的层次、架构及其整合模式,最后集中研究知识与服务之间的战略互动过程,提出了构成知识与服务互动型战略的三大分战略.In knowledge society, seeking for the new dynamic and integrated mode of strategic management is not only the need for enterprises' strategic practice but also the prerequisite to construct its modern theories. From a new perspective of 'knowledge and service', the latest trends and forms of strategic management in knowledge society were studied in detail, the structures, individual layers and the integrated mode of knowledge strategy and service strategy were systematically designed. Finally, by focused on the strategic interaction process between knowledge and service, the three main substrategies of the knowledgeserviceinteracting strategy were put forward.
