摘　　要：在对项目成功标准的有关研究进行评述的基础上,提出一个IS/IT项目成功标准模型,该模型包含三个层次:核心层、拓展层和延伸层.对IS/IT项目成功的评价随着时间的变化而变化,因此,应当选择一个恰当的评价时间.Based on literature review on project success criteria, it proposes a success criteria model appropriate to IS/IT projects, which consists of three levels: core level, expansive level and extensive level. The evaluation of project success varies over time, therefore, it is important to evaluate the performance of a project at the right time.
