摘  要:对用于秦沈客运专线铁路的攀钢、鞍钢产PD3及进口法国UIC900A钢轨闪光焊及铝热焊焊接接头进行了性能检验,对其结果进行了归纳整理。结果表明:闪光焊及铝热焊焊接接头的疲劳、静弯性能均可达到相应技术条件的要求;焊接接头的硬度与母材匹配,平直度良好。闪光焊焊接接头的落锤、试样拉伸、试样冲击韧性均达到和超过TB/T1632-1991的规定。而铝热焊接头的抗拉强度、伸长率、冲击韧性与母材的比值均小于闪光焊。结合国内外情况对基地闪光焊接的工位布局进行了讨论;对各种焊接方法进行了对比。建议在秦沈客运专线的运营中应加强对焊接接头使用情况的跟踪观察。Some mechanical properties of flash welding joints and aluminothermic welding joints of rails are tested. These rails are laid on the QinShen Passenger Line, such as PD3 made in China and UIC900A imported from France . The results are gathered and analysed, which show that either in flash welding or in aluminothermic welding, the fatigue and static bend properties of weldjoints meet the requirements in related specifications. The hardness of weldjoints is matched with that of the parent material. The tolerance for straightness in the rail head area of the weldjoint is regular. The results of drophammer, specimen's tensile and impact tests of flash welding joints satisfy all requirements of Standard TB/T16321991. The working position arrangements of flash welding are discussed. Compared with each welding method, flash welding shall be the best one. Whereas the properties of welding joints, it is suggested that emphasis should be laid on observation of welding joints on the QinShen Passenger Line.
