摘 要:介绍了多层喷淋盘式分布器的结构,提出并分析了多层喷淋盘式分布器存在的边缘效应现象及影响。指出了边缘效应主要是由料液在分布盘上的流动不均而造成的液面落差及落入边缘降液管的料液量不同而引起的。为保证分布器的正常运行,应对边缘效应进行处理,可通过改变孔径、减小布孔数量及增加分布盘的数量等措施予以消除或改善。通过试验进行了印证,获得了满意的效果,为多层喷淋盘式分布器的设计提供了依据。The paper introduces the structure of the multilayer sprinkling tray distributor. The edge effect and the influence of the multilayer sprinkling tray distributor are analyzed. It is pointed out that the edge effect is formed by the liquid fall resulted by the adymmetry flow of liquid in the distribution trays and the different liquid flow into the edge pipes. The edged effect must be treated in order to ensure the normal run of the distributor. It may be eliminated or improved by means of changing holes diameter and reducing holes number and adding the number of the distributor tray. It is proved by experiments that the results are satisfactory,which can offer some bases for the design of the multilayer sprinkling tray distributor.
