摘　　要：采用文献分析法、问卷调查法、特尔菲法、趋势外推法以及规范型预测法,在对山东省体育发展现状调查研究的基础上,探讨2010年山东省迈向体育强省的发展战略目标和目标体系,提出实现目标的基本对策。By using the method of document data,questionnaire,Delphi,trend extrapolation and standard forecast, on the basis of the investigation of the current situation of Shandong sports,this paper discusses the strategic target of making Shandong a powerful province in sports in the year of 2010,and the basic countermeasure for realizing the target.
