摘  要:对熔体过滤器的滤室壳体、加热夹套及机架进行机械分析和设计。滤室上端盖采用有限元软件ANSYS进行应力分析,用强制式密封的平垫圈密封,与三通阀的熔体接口设计成卡箍式密封,采用多层包扎焊接型式的筒节等。与其他部件配套后,不仅用于聚酯熔体,还可为其他高黏液体过滤。The mechanical analysis and design were carried out on filter chamber shell,heating jacket and machine frame of melt filter.The limited element software ANSYS was used to make stress analysis,the forcedseal flat washer was used to seal,the melt interface with threeway valve was designed into clipper hoop seal,the multiple bundling welding type cylinder joint were used in filter chamber upper end head.When mating with other parts,this melt filter can be used not only in PET melt but also in the filter of other high viscosity liquid.
