多点通信的实时语音传输在远程医疗中的应用

摘　　要：针对在远程医疗系统的实现过程中对多媒体通信的要求,采用了多点通信技术,对实时语音系统进行分析设计,实现了一个多点实时语音传输系统,完成的语音系统满足多位专家进行远程会诊的要求。开发的语音会话系统已成功地应用于远程医疗系统中。经过测试,系统运行稳定、高效可靠。In the implementation of telemedicine there are some special requirements of multimedia communication. Here introduced the multicast technology to the analysis and designing of the real-time audio transmission system. And a multi-nod real time audio system was implemented by using the multicast technology. The system has met the requirement of remote diagnosis between two or more specialists. The system that accomplished has applied in the telemedicine system successfully and it runs stably and efficiently.
