摘  要:介绍了确定电厂整体性能的试验方法ASMEPTC4 6规程的产生背景、应用特点和适用范围。通过对该规程的分析研究 ,提出了正确划分边界 ,以入系统的能量流、出系统的可用能量流、环境因素等确定特征测试参数的基本思想。对修正系数及其形成机理进行了阐述 ,给出了热耗率和净输出功率的基本公式 ,介绍了试验不确定度分析和测试仪表的有关要求。该方法适用于联合循环机组。Emergence background, utilization features, and applicable scope of the testing method for determining the integral performance of one power plant 'ASME Regulations' have been presented. Through analysis and study on the said regulations, the basic idea of correctly delimiting the boundary, and determining characteristic of test parameters on the basis of energy flow concerning man-entering system, usable energy flow of the leaving system, and environmental factors etc., have been put forward. The correction coefficient and its formation mechanism have been expounded, giving out the basic formulae of specific heat consumption and the net power output, presenting related requirements for analysing the test uncertainty and for the test instrument. The said method is suitable for the integral performance acceptance test of combined cycle units, co-generation units and conventional coal-firing units.
