摘　　要：包头第一热电厂 8号炉自投产发电以来 ,一直存在炉膛火焰温度偏高、水冷壁结焦、燃烧器经常烧损、过热器超温等问题 ,严重影响电厂的安全、稳定和经济运行 ,对此提出燃烧器、过热器、蒸汽吹灰系统的技术改造以及加装锅炉一、二次风在线监测系统等综合治理方案。方案实施后 ,效果比较显著 。Some troublesome problems of boiler No.8 in Baotou Thermal Power Plant No.1, such as somewhat higher flame temperature in the furnace, slagging on the water-wall tubes, frequent burn-out of the burners, and overtemperature of the superheater etc., are existing from the beginning of putting into operation up to now, influencing seviously upon the safe, stable and ecomomic operation of the said power plant. Hence, a comprehensive remedical scheme, including technical retrofitting of burners, superheater, and steam soot-blower system, as well as adding on-line monitoring system for promary air and secondary air of the said boiler, has been put forward. After implementation of the said scheme, the results are comparatively remarkable, having basically solved the problems existing in the combustion facilities of the said boiler.
