摘  要:在分析螺旋鳍片管束的结构与传热特点的基础上 ,根据螺旋鳍片管省煤器的实际运行状况 ,指出了螺旋鳍片管省煤器在设计与运行中存在的问题。分析认为 ,要实现螺旋鳍片管束受热面的优化设计 ,必须弄清其传热和阻力特性。On the basis of analysing the structure and the heat transfer property for spiral finned tube bundle, the problems existing in design and operation of the spiral finned tube economizer have been pointed out based on the practical operation situation of the said economizer. It is considered from analysis that, in order to realize optimal design of the heating surface for the spiral finned tube bundle, it is necessary to have a clear understanding of the following issues: heat transfer and resistance behavior of the said bundle; the law governing variation of tube bundle wearout and ash deposition state; as well as the influence of heating surface's ash deposition upon heat transfer and resistance of the tube bundle.
