摘  要:锅炉风烟系统对发电机组厂用电率的影响 ,主要由空气预热器漏风率高和引风机入口挡板调节损失大等引起。经采用VN密封技术及变频器对预热器和引风机进行改造 ,改造后厂用电率明显下降 ,效果显著。The infuence of boiler's air and flue gas ducts upon the specific auxiliary power consuption of a generating unit is mainly resulting from the high air leakage rate of air preheater and the great loss due to inlet baffle plate adjustment etc., retrofit for energy-saving has been carried out by using VN sealing technology and frequency coverter. After retrofitting, the specific auxiliary power consumption has been obviously reduced, obtaining remarkable results.
