摘  要:在微晶石墨微粒表面包覆一层树脂碳可以降低微晶石墨的首次不可逆容量。采用混合然后分散的方法制备具有核壳结构的包覆石墨,内部为天然微晶石墨,外部为1~2μm的酚醛树脂热解碳层。锂离子实验电池测得天然微晶石墨的不可逆容量为14%,包覆石墨的不可逆容量为7%。包覆方式能够很大程度上降低天然微晶石墨的不可逆容量。To reduce the irreversible capacity of natural microcrystalline graphite, carbon coating on graphite was an efficient method.The preparation and electrochemistry properties of resin carbon coated graphite were described. The resin carboncoated graphite was prepared by means of spraying. The resin carboncoated graphite had the graphitecorecarbonshell structure,which meant the core was graphite with particle size of 20μm and the shell was resin carbon with thickness of 1~2μm. The coating largely reduced the irreversible capacity, from 14% before coating to 7% after coating.
