摘  要:为提高碱性锌电极的可充性,提出了一种机械混合含钙锌电极,利用其在放电过程中电极表面二价锌与氢氧化钙的反应,得到了具有电化学活性的锌酸钙。用自行设计的电化学分析方法研究了氢氧化钙对锌电极放电产物在碱液中溶解性的影响,通过阳极极化曲线的测量和粉末微电极循环伏安模拟充放电实验,初步考察了氢氧化钙对碱性锌电极阳极放电性能和可充性的影响。结果证明:在锌电极中加入合适含量的氢氧化钙后,能在放电过程中生成具有良好可充性的锌酸钙活性物质;合适的含钙量不会明显影响锌电极的放电性能。In order to improve the recharge capability of zinc electrode,a mechanically mixed zinccalcium electrode was introducedDuring charging process,Ca(OH)2 reacted with the charging resultant zincate and formed electrochemically active calcium zincate. Meanwhile, the effect of Ca(OH)2 on the solubility of zincate was studied by using selfdesigned electrochemical analysis method, the influence of Ca(OH)2 on the anodic polarization behavior and recharge ability was studied by potential sweep and powder microelectrode technique. The experiment result showed that suitable amount of Ca(OH)2 could reduce the solubility of zincate and improve the recharge ability of zinc electrode, but it did not cause significant negative effect on anodic process.
