摘 要:用原位晶化法合成了FeZSM 5 /RFe(RFeRaneyFe)催化剂 .合成液的组成为 5Na2 O·10 0SiO2 ·10TPABr·70 0 0H2 O ,pH >11 5 .合成液中不含Al,ZSM 5分子筛的骨架Al只来源于RaneyFe的表面 .此法提高了ZSM 5分子筛中骨架Al的稳定性和分子筛上Fe离子的负载量 .FeZSM 5 /RFe用作DeNOxA novel structured ZSM 5 zeolite, grown in situ on Raney Fe support, was provided and used as the catalyst for selective catalytic reduction of NO x in flue gas. Although Cu ZSM 5 zeolite has been found to possess high activity therefore has been widely studied as a potential DeNO x catalyst, it is severely poisoned by the H 2O that is unavoidably produced in the combustion process within the engine, and undergoes dealumination and physical breakdown by severe steaming under reaction conditions. In order to stabilize the activity for NO x removal in the presence of H 2O, the ZSM 5 zeolite was grown in situ on Raney Fe. The aluminium source for synthesizing the zeolite was the residual aluminium in the Raney Fe, and no additional aluminium species was added into the synthesis solution, meaning that the aluminium atoms in ZSM 5 zeolite lattice come only from the surface of Raney Fe support. The synthesis aqueous solution had the composition of 5Na 2O·100SiO 2·10TPABr· 7?000 H 2O and a high pH value (above 11 5). This method can improve the stability of the aluminium atoms in ZSM 5 zeolite lattice and the Fe loading in FeZSM 5/Raney Fe catalyst, hence contribute to high activity and hydrothermal stability of the catalyst for DeNO x . With ammonia as the reductant in a simulated vehicle emission gas, above 85% of NO was converted to N 2 at 380 ℃ over FeZSM 5/Raney Fe catalyst, and no signs of zeolite destruction were evidenced after steaming at 600 ℃.
