摘　　要：通过对钎头温挤成型工艺过程和成型模具的分析 ,找出了凸模拉断、凹模开裂的主要原因 (成型压力、模具结构与制造、成形设备等 ) ,采取了相应的措施 ,提高了模具的使用寿命。The warm extrusion forming process and the die for bore bit were analyzed,It is fornd that the main reactor of die & in-die were fractured is forming pressure,structure & manufacture of the die and forming machine etc,and some related measures was tabed to improve using age of die.
