活塞式压缩机气缸内常见小异物危害分析

摘　　要：在工程中经常出现破碎的小阀片等异物掉入往复活塞式压缩机气缸内造成活塞撞缸的问题。分析了这种情况对零部件形成的危害并提出了相应的措施。The case that the small valve pieces drop into cylinder of reciprocating compressor is often occurred in engineering, then the cylinder is impacted by piston.The problems are analysed and some measure are point out to prevent fatigue destruction prematurely.
