摘  要:对10PCuRE钢典型炉号铸坯表面角部纵裂缝进行了宏观观察,采用扫描电镜、电子探针及X射线能谱对裂纹开裂表面和热轧钢带断裂面上夹杂物进行了形貌观察和微区成分分析,通过Gleeble—1500试验机对铸坯试样进行了高温力学性能测试,并且还检测了10PCuRE钢连铸结晶器的宽、窄面上的热流,得到了10PCuRE耐候钢连铸坯表面纵裂纹的主要形成原因,提出了消除10PCuRE连铸坯表面角部纵裂纹的措施。The surface longitudinal crack at the corner of slab of lOPCuRE of typical heats was examined and analyses of crack feature and chemistry of micro area on the cracking surface of hot rolled strip were carried out by eye - examining, SEM, EMPA and ED AX. The mechanical properties at high temperature of slab samples ware tested with Gleeble -1500, and the heat flow both on wide side and narrow side of the slab. The main causes of the surface longitudinal crack of slab of lOPCuRE steel with resistant atmosphere corrosion were obtained, and the ways to avoid were put forward.
