摘  要:通过熔炼—雾化工艺制备了稀土铁基自熔合金粉末,并考察了稀土对铁基自熔合金喷焊层的显微组织及其在弱酸、中性盐溶液中耐蚀性能的影响。采用金相显微镜、SEM、EDAX对合金喷焊层的物相结构、显微组织进行了观察和分析。在实验结果的基础上,对稀土的有关作用机制进行了分析和讨论。Recently, the study on application of rare earths in spay -welding has attracted more and more attention. The iron base fluxing powder has been widely used as spray-welding materials due to some of advantages, such as lower price and good wear resistance. However, its corrosion resistance is poor, therefore, rare earth has been used to improve its properties in the present study. The iron base fluxing alloy powder containing mixed RE alloy were prepared by using the smelting - atomizing process. And the effects of RE on microstructure and corrosion resistance of iron base fluxing alloy spray-welding coating in weak acid and neutral salt solution have been studied. The microstructure of the coating samples was analyzed by microscope, SEM and EDAX. Based on the experimental results the mechanism of RE effect has been discussed.
