栝楼根腐病病原菌的研究

摘　　要：近几年来,栝楼根腐病在栝楼主产地长清一带普遍发生。田间调查、组织分离和致病性测定发现,该病主要由镰孢霉属Fusarium的两个种引起。两种菌的性状区别为:(1)分生孢子梗极短,小孢子圆柱形或卵形有弯曲,大小为6.6～23μm×2.2～3.7μm,大孢子具3～5个隔膜,呈镰刀形,基部具小柄,大小为13.2～47.8μm×2.2～4.4μm;厚垣孢子壁多粗糙,经鉴定为尖镰孢F.oxysporum Schlecht。(2)分生孢子梗较长,小孢子卵形或长椭圆形,大小为4～6μm×5～23μm;大孢子稍弯曲,两端钝圆,具3～4个隔膜,大小为18～33μm×4～6.5μm;厚垣孢子壁光滑或粗糙,经鉴定为腐皮镰孢F.solani (Mart.) Sacc。Mongolian snakegourd root rot disease occurred frequently round Changqing County of Shandong Province in recent years. According to the field investigations, pathogen isolation from the tissue, and test on pathogenicity, the pathogen is identified as two species of Fusarium: 1. the conidiophores are very short, with microconidia cylindric to oval in size of 6.6-23×2.2-3.7μm, macroconidia moderately curved with peduncles and 3-5 septa, 13.2-47.8×2.2-4.4μm, wall of chlamydospore mostly rough, which is F. oxysporum Schlecht; 2. the conidiophores are long, microconidia oval to long ellipsoid, 4-6 ×5-23μm, macroconidia slightly curved with blunt ends, 3-4 septa, 18-33×4-6.5μm, wall of chlamydospore smooth or rough, which is F. solani (Mart.) Sacc.
