摘　　要：土地资产是企业资产的重要组成部分,也是企业生存和发展的一项重要生产要素,在企业的生产和经营中发挥着越来越重要的作用。石油企业是用地大户,在改制过程中计算土地成本,是否会由于成本的增加影响企业改制?若不计算是否会导致土地资产流失?就石油企业改制中科学合理处置土地使用权作了分析并提出一些建议。Land assets is important part for enterprise assets, and also an important productive factor for enterprise to exist and develop, and is playing more and more important role in productive operation. Oil enterprise owns large area of land, in process of system reform, land cost will be included and cost will increase. Whether will it affect system reform? Will it lead land assets to lose if it is not included in cost? Analyzed and made some suggestions of how to scientifically and reasonably deal with land use right.
