摘 要:试验表明,初冻温度是影响猪精液冷冻效果的重要因素。冻前及冷冻过程中,不同温度下制作的冻精活率差异极显著(P<0.01)。精液降至8℃、采用-70~-90℃的初冻温度,冷冻效果最好,不同剂型和剂量的冷冻效果差异不显著(P>0.05),本试验,30毫升块状和15毫升塑料安瓿冷冻后精子活率达0.39~0.40,复苏率达57%。The experiment demonstrated that the initial freezing temperature was an important factor influencing the effectiveness of freezing semen. The survival rate of sperms freezed under various temperature levels was significantly different (P<0.01). Precooling the semen to 8℃ and subjecting it to an initial freezing temperature from -70 to -90℃ obtained the best result. The effectiveness of freezing pig semen in different doses and types was not significantly different (P>0.05). Using a semen dose of 30ml in a piece or 15ml in a small plastic bottle, precooling and freezing it at above mentioned temperature conditions, we achieved good results with semen survival rate of 0.39—0.40 and resuscitation rate of 59%.
