摘　　要：采用非线性拉普拉斯滤波的零交叉边缘检测法,结合B超图象的特点,讨论了如何提取胆囊图象边缘特征,为实现胆囊B超图象参数的自动测量如面积、周长等提供了良好的基础.This paper expounds on the way of how to detect edge features of medical images based on the method of Lapalacian edge detection according to the feature of B - scan image, which will lay down a good foundation for realizing the auto-measurement of B-scan image, such as area,girth.
