摘 要:用自制的SMA改性剂对聚烷基芳基磺酸盐减水剂FDN进行改性,研制出一种高效减水剂SMA-FDN。经相关的系列性能测试,该减水剂的性能优于FDN减水剂,其坍塔度损失小,减水率高,且28d混凝土的抗压强度达到高效减水剂的标准。研究结果揭示了SMA-FDN的减水作用机理是由于两种高分子表面活性剂不同主导官能团相互补充、相互叠加,从而促进了对水泥颗粒良好的润湿作用、吸附润湿作用。High efficiency water reducing agent SMA-FDN was prepared by alkyl aryl sulphonate water reducing agent FDN which modified by SMA modifying agent. Performance tests reveals that the properties of SMA-FDN s water reducing agent are better than that's of FDN. It has high reducing water rate and small slump loss. Its 28-day comcrete compressive strength e-qual to the standard of high efficiency water reducing agent.Researches uncovered that the SMA-FDN's water reducing mechanism owes to the complementary and piling of diffrernt macro-molecule surface activity agent, which enhances the excellent wetting, adsorbing and lubricating function for cement particle.
