白芍中芍药苷的提取方法研究

摘　　要：目的 :建立中药白芍中芍药苷的提取方法。方法 :以芍药苷为指标 ,用高效液相色谱法进行分析测定 ,系统考察不同溶剂、不同提取方式对芍药苷提取率的影响 ,并用正交试验法进一步优选提取条件。结果 :用 7倍量 80 %乙醇回流提取 2次 (每次 2h)的提取方法可以获得较高的芍药苷提取率。结论Objective: To establish an extraction of paeoniflorin from Radix Paeoniae Alba as traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba was taken as a evaluating marker and was determined by HPLC, the effects of different solvents and extraction on extraction efficiency of the paeoniflorin were systematically investigated. And also the orthogonal test was further used to optimize the extracting conditions. Results: The reflux extraction with 80% ethanol seven times as much as the Radix Paeoniae Alba amount for 2 h and twice was more effective. Conclusion: The kinds of solvent and method of extraction have a great influence upon the extracting efficiency of paeoniflorin.
