摘　　要：中医药对血管性痴呆的临床治疗具有肯定的疗效,但还存在一定问题有待提高。首先,本病的诊断、辨证分型、疗效评 定标准尚不统一;其次,临床研究大多是小样本,回顾性的近期观察。应针对本病特点尽快制定出中医的诊断、辨证和疗效标 准,着重于严格按照医学科研方法设计,进行大样本、多中心、随机前瞻性的研究,为临床治疗提供证据。Chinese medication has proved effective on vascular dementia, yet certain problems remain to be solved. First, there are no universal standards for the diagnosis, differential classification, and efficacy appraisal. Secondly, clinical examination is carried out mainly on retrospective observation with snail number of samples. Efforts should be made to set up standards for diagnosis, differentiation, and therapeutic effect according to medical science approaches, and to carry out random, farsighted, and multiple - centered studies with large number of samples so that they could be used as proof in clinical practices.
