摘　　要：简要介绍应用Delphi 6.0以类和模块的形式虚拟仿真系统芯片的内部结构、功能、特征参数以及信号之间的传递方式。提出了系统芯片仿真的新思路、新方法。突破了传统芯片仿真的模式。对于芯片的模拟和开发有一定的推广应用价值。The research simply introduces the application that uses the Delphi's form of class and module to simulate the chip's inside structure, function.parameler and signal transfer. It raises a new thought, a new method about the system chip's simulation, and makes a breakthrough in the traditional chips simulation module.
