计算掺铥光纤放大器增益的解析方法

摘　　要：从稳态条件铥离子 (Tm3 + )粒子速率方程出发 ,进行合理的近似 ,得出掺铥光纤放大器 (TDFA)增益的解析表达式。计算了三种不同参数的TDFA的增益 ,解析解与实验数据及数值求解结果比较显示 。Based on the rate equations in steady state of the Tm3+ ions, an analytical solution of the gain for thulium doped fiber amplifiers (TDFAs) is obtained after some reasonable simplicities. The gains of three TDFAs with different parameters are calculated, which show good agreement with the experimental data.
