摘 要:纯毛针织绒线防缩技术主要包括氯化技术、氧化技术、树脂防缩绒技术和生物酶技术等.氯化、氧化、树脂整理技术应用已比较成熟,处理效果也比较理想,但生产中废液不易处理,对环境保护十分不利.生物酶防缩工艺处理温度低、能耗低,不会引起环境污染属绿色技术.经整理后的纯毛绒线手感柔软、不易泛黄.处理工艺为:S16.0蛋白酶0.25%~0.5%,平平加O0.1%~0.5%,pH值8~10,温度45~55℃,浴比1:25,时间60 min.The anti-shrinking techniques for pure wool hand knitting yarn mainly include chlorination, oxidation, resin-finish,biological enzyme treatment, and so on, of which the chlorination, oxidation and resin-finish techniques have been verypopular, but the resulted waste liquid is difficult to deal with and may pollute the environment. The biological enzymetechnique, however, can be applied under comparatively low temperature and low energy consumption, and won't doharm to the environment. After biological enzyme treatment, the pure wool hand knitting yarn possesses soft hand and isnot easy to go yellowing. The actual technology is: 0.25%~0.5% S16.0 protease, 0.1%~0.5% Peregal, 8~10 pH, 45~55 ℃,bath ratio 1∶25 and 60 min.
