摘　　要：本文作者研制、开发出了抗凝胶黑涂料KLHT - 2、黑白专用增稠剂HBZ - 2及抗凝胶剂KLJ- 1三大新产品。应用试验结果表明 ,使用这些产品配制的黑色印花浆具有流变性好、抗渗化性好的特点 ,印制的花纹轮廓清晰 ,以及色牢度好等优点 ,彻底解决了涂料印花黑色浆料须用含大量火油的A帮浆或用合成增稠剂增稠时易凝胶。The authors have exploited three new products which are gel free black pigment KLHT 2,specially for black and white pigment use thickener HBZ 2 and anti gel agent KLJ 1.Experiment results revealed that black pigment paste which containing these additives has a good fluidity anti seep quality ,excellent definition and color fastness.It overcomes the limitations of emulsion paste which contains much kerosene and synthesized thickener which easily gel seep in black pigment printing past.
