摘　　要：分析了梳理细特涤纤棉结增加的原因 ,并通过 2套配套针布的试验 ,说明了针布配套使用的重要性。This article has introduced the requirements on selecting card clothing,analyze the reason on increasing of neps when carding fine tex polyester fiber,and illustrate the importance of forming a complete set of card clothing through experiments on two sets of card clothing.A better result of carding and spinning are achieved.After comparing the experimental results,we found that the second set of card clothing is better than the first.In theory,a sounder forming may obtained if using flat clothing with denser wire in the second set of card clothing.Thus,better results on carding and spinning could be achieved.
