摘　　要：　介绍我国新颁布的工程标准《冷轧带肋钢筋混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ95-2003)中关于材料、设计规定、配筋构造、板、墙以及验收方面的主要修订内容。将有助于设计和施工人员进一步理解新规程的修订。The main revised and enlarged contents about materials, designed requirements, details of reinforcement, slabs, walls and acceptances in Chinese new enacted engineering standard 'Technical specification for concrete structures with cold-rolled ribbed steel wires'(JGJ95-2003) are introduced.It would be helpful for designer and constructer to understand further the revision of the new specification.
