摘 要:采用不同铬含量的铬鞣液对山羊蓝湿皮块试样进行了复鞣和中和实验 ,通过测定在复鞣和中和前后试样对空气的透气性能 ,研究了铬复鞣时铬用量对皮革试样透气性能的影响。结果表明 ,铬复鞣时 ,合适的铬用量可以改善皮革的透气性能 ;如果在复鞣时使用过多的铬 ,则会降低皮革的透气性能。Some goat wet-blue samples re-tanned by liquors with different chrome content were prepared. Considering the difference between the air permeability of leather samples before re-tanning and after re-tanning, the influence of chrome content in the re-tanning liquors on the air permeability of leathers is studied. Changes in air permeability and the air permeability mechanisms of samples were analyzed and discussed through experimental results. It is indicated that the air permeability of chrome tanned leather may be improved when the re-tanning liquors have proper chrome content,and decreased when the re-tanning liquors have excessive chrome content.
