奥利司他辅助治疗肥胖2型糖尿病32例

摘　　要：目的 :观察奥利司他治疗肥胖 2型糖尿病病人的疗效。方法 :肥胖的 2型糖尿病病人 6 3例 ,按照随机数字表分为治疗组 32例及对照组 31例。2组均服用降糖药。治疗组加用奥利司他 ,12 0mg ,tid ,餐前 30min或餐时同时服用 ,疗程 2 4wk ,观察2组血糖、血脂、血胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白、血压、体重、腰围的变化 ,并进行比较。结果 :治疗组体重、腰围、糖化血红蛋白、血糖、胰岛素较对照组明显下降 ,下降百分比分别为 (7.8±s 2 .1) % ,(7.2± 2 .0 ) % ,(13.1± 1.0 ) % ,(6 .5± 1.0 ) % ,(12 .5± 2 .2 ) %。对照组分别为 (3.6± 1.8) % ,(3.8± 1.2 ) % ,(5 .8±1.5 ) % ,(2 .4± 0 .9) % ,(5 .9± 1.5 ) % ,P <0 .0 1。结论 :奥利司他对肥胖的AIM: to observe the effect of orlistat on the patients with fatty type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). METHODS:Sixty three fatty patients with type 2 DM were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Thirty two patients [M 17, F 15; age (40± s 11)a] in treatment group were treated with hypoglycemic and orlistat 120 mg, tid. Thirty one patients [M 16, F 15; age (41±10) a] in control group were treatment with hypoglycemic only for 24 wk. Then the changes of blood glucose, serum lipid, serum insulin (Ins), blood pressure, body weight, waistline were compared between two groups. RESULTS: The body weight, waistline, GHbA1c, blood glucose and Ins in the treatment group decreased more obviously than those in the control group. The decreased percentages were (7.8± 2.1 )%, ( 7.2 ±2.0)%, (13.1±1.0)%,(6.5± 1.0 )%, (12.5±2.2)%, respectively, in treatment group and (3.6±1.8)%, (3.8±1.2)%,(5.8± 1.5 )%,(2.4±0.9)%,(5.9±1.5)%, respectively, in the control group. The different were greatly significant, P <0.01. At the same time serum lipid and blood pressure obviously decreased in the treatment group also. CONCLUSION:Orlistat can decrease the body weight, waistline, GHbA1c, blood glucose, Ins, serum lipid and blood pressure in the fatty patients with type 2DM.
