摘　　要：龙滩水电站工程地下引水发电系统开挖支护施工监理工作比较突出的特点是强调监理的技术支持与前瞻性控制。通过开展以事前控制为主的监理控制、管理、协调工作,使施工资源投入、生产性试验、工作面衔接、工作间网络逻辑关系更为合理、有利,使施工措施计划与具体施工作业参数更符合工程实际及质量、安全控制要求,确保了工程安全、质量、进度、投资、文明施工均处于良性受控状态。This paper introduces the concrete circumstances about the construction supervision on the excavation and support of underground diversion and power generation system of the Longtan Hydropower Station It emphasizes the technical support and forecast control Under the control, management and harmonization of supervision engineers,it will make it more reasonable and favorable the resources of construction, the productive experimentation, the connection of working surface, the logic network connection It can also make the plan and the concrete parameters of construction to be more accord with the project fact and the control requirements about the quality and safety,so it is sure that the safety, quality, schedule, investment, civilization construction of the project would be in good control
