摘　　要：本文提出“城市化新概念” ,对于县级市来说是统筹城乡资源 ,提高整个区域的城市化水平 ,克服城乡二元化结构状况。学习其经验的中心点是解决城市化中的“三农”问题。该调查报告有上中下三篇 ,本刊采用了上、下两篇。The new concept of urbanization this paper advanced means overall arrangement of urban_rural resources to prefectural city with goal of raising urbanization of the whole city and overcoming the urban_rural dual structure. Kunshan's experience should be focused on it's solving the problems arising from 'Agriculture Rural Area Peasant' in the process of urbanization. The whole report consists of three papers ( the beginning the continuing and the ending),we adopt the beginning and the ending papers.
