摘 要:为探讨胎儿发育过程中组织器官抗氧化酶活性和微量元素的关系,分析了不同月龄胎儿肝、肾上腺中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Se的含量和抗氧化酶活性,并分别与月龄进行相关分析。结果表明,肝、肾上腺中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Se与抗氧化酶活性之间显示有依存关系,为揭示人体胚胎微量元素与酶的关系及其分子生物学机制提供了依据。To probe the relationship between anti--oxidation enzymes activities with trace elements in differ- ent tissues during the development of fetus, the content of Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Se and ani -- oxidation en- zymes' activities in liver and adrenal gland of fetus with different month age were determined and their relativi- ties with month age were analysed. The results show that there are well consistency in the relativity between the content of Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Se in fetal liver and adrenal gland with month age and the relativity be- tween the anti -- oxidation enzymes' activities with month age. It concludes their has dependency between the content of Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Se and anti -- oxidation enzymes' activities in fetal liver and adrenal gland which provide bases for disclosing the relation between trace elements and enzymes in human embryo and its molecular biological mechanism.
