利用氯乙酸母液制备2-羟基喹噁啉研究

摘　　要：探讨了氯乙酸母液与邻苯二胺反应合成2 羟基喹口恶啉的可能性。结果表明,在母液中的氯乙酸与邻苯二胺反应生成3,4 二氢 2 羟基喹口恶啉,进一步氧化可得到2 羟基喹口恶啉,与氯乙酸和邻苯二胺的反应产物完全相同,收率约为60%.2hydroxyquinoxaline, a very useful intermediate product which is widely used in medicine and pesticide,was investigated to synthesize by the mother liquor of chloroacetic acid and ophenylenediamine. The results show that the yield of 2hydoxyquinoxaline is about 60%(in weight) and as much as that was synthesized by monochloroacetic acid with ophenylenediamine.
