摘　　要：从WGMOA运行的工况和作用出发,论述了WGMOA的概念、正确名称、功能及其新技术条件要求,为保证无事故工作期望年数,型式试验应确定其安秒特性和伏安特性,并提供了能量资源值和比能量值。According to the operating conditions and functions of WGMOA,the conception,proper name function and its new technical specification of WGMOA Ccontent:the overvoltage protective device of MOV'S SPD- metal- oxide- non- linear resistance are described,the energy resource value and specific energy ralue are provided.
